Yoga with Jill Martin

Jill’s virtual Core Strength and Mobility class is designed to improve strength, mobility, and balance by incorporating strengthening options into yoga postures. Using body weight as resistance, students will have the opportunity to progressively strengthen and challenge the core and other major muscle groups in this fun and fast-paced class. No props are required – all you need is a mat and a willingness to sweat and challenge yourself!
